Rowing
Rowing is a low-impact, full body workout! Each class will start with a quick demo to make sure you understand proper form, then go right into the workout. You can expect to be on the erg the entire class time. Join us for a quick 30-minute express class or a full 45-minute class!

Strength
Just like the name suggests, this is a true strength training class! We utilize the principle of progressive overload to build strength + power throughout your entire body. Barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises are all used. Great for newbies + experienced lifters alike.

Conditioning
Get your heart pumpin’! Conditioning is designed to improve your cardiovascular capabilities + muscular endurance. Every class is different: bodyweight circuits, AMRAPs, EMOMs, and stations are just a few formats you can expect to see. Modifications and variations are offered throughout.

Boxing
We offer 3 boxing classes: Boxing basics, Cardio Boxing, and Craft Boxing. Boxing Basics is a shadowboxing class to learn the punches, and is required to take prior to Cardio or Craft boxing. Cardio + Craft Boxing both use heavy bags to build power, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular stamina.

Barre
Barre is a low-impact workout derived from basic ballet movements. Expect high repetitions, great beats, and a major burn!

Yoga Postures + light weights + high repetitions + cardio bursts = Sculpt
